Terms of use

Using Vibe Gaming

These terms are the rules for using Vibe Gaming. By creating an account, you agree to them. Kids play through a parent's or a school's account, and the grown-up who made that account agrees for them.

Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data. It is part of these terms.

Accounts

• Only adults create accounts: parents, teachers, and school staff.
• Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself. Tell us at hello@example.com if you think someone else is using your account.
• A parent can add up to 10 kid profiles. Each kid signs in with their own PIN on a device where their parent or teacher is signed in.

Rules for players

• Be kind in what you write.
• Don't share personal details, like your name, address, phone number, or email.
• We check messages and may stop one that isn't safe or isn't about the game.

Plans and payments

• Level 1 of every game is free. The other levels need a plan or a school license.
• Plans last 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year and cover all your kid profiles. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on your plan page.
• We may change a price. A new price only applies to your next payment, never to time you already paid for.
• For now, payments are in cash. Our team records each payment, and you get a receipt that you can print again from your plan page.
• Each payment adds time after the end of the time you already have, so paying early loses nothing.
• We email you before your paid time ends. After it ends, every level stays open for 7 more days. Then only level 1 of each game stays open, and your kids keep all their progress.
• If you think a payment was recorded wrongly, write to us at hello@example.com and we'll fix it.

Schools

• A school license is for a number of seats, from a first day to a last day. Each kid in the school's classes uses one seat.
• The school's lead teachers invite the other teachers and manage their accounts.
• The school is responsible for having the permission it needs from families before adding their kids.
• When the license ends, kids keep their profiles, and level 1 of each game stays open.

The AI helper

The helper is a learning tool. It does exactly what it is told, so it sometimes gets things wrong on purpose: that is part of the lesson. It can also make real mistakes. Don't rely on it for anything outside the game.

Things you must not do

• Try to break into Vibe Gaming, or into someone else's account.
• Try to make the helper say or do harmful things.
• Copy the games, or collect data from the website with automated tools.
• Sell or share access to your account.

Who owns what

The games, their art, and our software belong to Vibe Gaming. What kids write stays theirs; you let us use it to run the games, to keep them safe, and to make the helper better, as our privacy policy describes.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep Vibe Gaming running, but it may sometimes stop for repairs. We may change or remove features. If we stop offering a paid feature, we'll tell you first.

Closing an account

You can delete your kids' profiles at any time, and ask us at hello@example.com to close your account. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms; if we do, we'll tell you why.

Our responsibility

We provide Vibe Gaming as it is, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we change the date at the top and email account holders about important changes before they apply.
